The winter coat from grandma

I was a fifth grader at a primary school in Budapest in the Áldás Street in 1956 September. We studied Russian and I was about to become a pioneer. I came from the country to Buda. Everything was new. In 1956 October, the REVOLUTION broke out. People were queueing in the Martirok Street. Grandma took all her money and bought me a winter coat. I travelled back to my village in that winter coat on the 6th of December in 1956. Unforgettable!
